What I do
The Mastery of Movement is an individualized approach to restoring function, reducing persistent aches and pains, and developing strength that transfers to real life.
We look beyond symptoms to understand how your body moves as a whole. Then we build a clear path from where you are now to the things you want to do, with confidence and without guesswork.

The Mastery of Movement is a strong fit when a client is medically appropriate for training but still needs individualized movement education, strength progression, mobility work, or return-to-skill coaching.
This is coaching, not diagnosis or treatment. With client permission, communication with PTs, chiros, physicians, and other providers can help keep the plan aligned.
